Worsening the market meltdown of mCDR: my understanding is that the air-sea co2 equilibration time scale, regardless of which mCDR technology, is up to 18 months by which time the water parcel that was "treated" has moved 1000's of km's and is diluted probably by a factor of one million or more. So it is NOT MEASUREABLE.

Combine this with the move toward more rigorous MRV standards and you have an mCDR train wreck.

For mCDR to realize its potential, the MRV needs to rely on first effects (e.g. pH change, phytoplankton growth, or whatever) not on the final definitive CO2 equilibration across the air-sea boundary.
