New Year, New Career Beginnings!
Embarking on a new pathway for my journey in carbon removal and climate
“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end” -Seneca
New year, and new vistas abound in 2025! Officially announcing that I had my last day at AirMiners in December and am now open to new opportunities in carbon dioxide removal and climate more broadly.
I'm grateful for having worked with the team (Tito, Adina and Debra) throughout my nearly 5 years with the AirMiners organization, and going forward I aim to contribute my talents to removing excess atmospheric greenhouse gases to drive economic value. Quite the privilege to have played a small part at the start of something bigger than any one person, at the start of something that promises to have a huge impact on our economy, society, and climate future.
In particular, I’m proud of:
Hosting the AirMiners virtual panel events (and two virtual half-day conferences!) since the spring of 2020.
Co-leading the Launchpad accelerator which has graduated nearly 200 CDR startups worldwide across all methods of carbon removal, and MRV, with some methane folks sprinkled in too.
Educating carbon removal buyers, investors, and policymakers on what CDR is and how it can be important for their own goals.
Engaging with members of the community and key stakeholders around the world to advance carbon removal ideas, with emphasis on A) carbon markets, B) workforce development and C) policy, policy, policy.
So…what now?
While I’m open to the right full time FTE opportunity, my personal LLC is open for business today, contracting or subcontracting for projects, providing strategic advisory services with foundational domain expertise in carbon removal. Emphasis on customer development and go-to-market strategies, and helping organizations of any type in carbon excel and grow.
This could mean:
For corporate clients, or marketplaces, or startups: commercialization solutions for those pursuing insetting or offsetting to improve their bottom line.
Ecosystem players or NGOs: policy assistance and workforce planning for economic development through carbon management.
Marketing: Communications and branding, research, content.

As always, you can read more about some of my ideas for carbon markets, carbon removal workforce development, and climate policy here going forward, every month or so.
Thanks all and I hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday season. Onwards and upwards!
All my best,
Jason G.
Upwards! ☀️
